HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF RADIATION THERAPISTS

The Hong Kong Association of Radiation Therapists (HKART) is dedicated to providing high-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for our members. As an accredited program provider of the Hong Kong Radiographers’ Board, we organize or co-organize CPD activities, issuing certificates as proof of CPD credits earned. This process eliminates the need for our members to apply for CPD credits independently through the Education Committee of the Radiographers Board.

Claiming Your CPD Certificate

For On-Site Participants

1. Complete the Attendance Form: Ensure you fill out the specific form designated for HKART members to claim Radiographers Board CPD credits.

2. Sign the Attendance Form: Make sure your full name and hospital are accurately reflected on the form.

For Online Participants (e.g., Zoom)

1. Use the Correct Username Format: Your username should be formatted as follows: HKART_[hospital]_[name].
   Example: HKART_PolyU_Leung Wan Shun

2. Hospital Name Format: Ensure the hospital name follows this format:​​​​
   
   
   
   
   
    

3. ​Attendance Record: We will check the online attendance record in Zoom to issue the certificate. Make sure to include "HKART" in your name so we can easily identify you among different attendees, along with the hospital name to assign the certificate issuance to the respective executive committee members or coordinators.

 

Certificate Issuance

The certificate will be issued to you in PDF format through your hospital's executive committee members or coordinator.

By adhering to these guidelines, you can smoothly claim your CPD credits and ensure your attendance is properly recorded.
