Eligibility & Requirement

01

A Valid HKART membership

The recipient must hold a valid HKART membership.

02

RT-related and well recognised

The conference or publication must be RT-related and well recognised*.

Priority will be given to non-dissertation or final year project work.

03

Present in HKART Annual Scientific Meeting

The recipient has a duty to present in the next HKART Annual Scientific Meeting

04

Recognise HKART

The recipent has a duty to show "HKART logo" in his/her presentation for the funding conference

Pre-approval

Pre-approval is required.

Application

PRE-APPROVAL

  • Fill in the application form and submit the abstract to us via email (click submit button) before the designated period

Designated Period:​

Conference - deadline of abstract submission
Publication - One week after submission​

  • Successful applicants will also be given a pre-approval with the amount of sponsorship.

  • The decision will be notified the applicant as soon as possible.
     

  • Priority will be given to advanced radiotherapy techniques, the latest trend of radiotherapy and non-dissertation or final year project work.

Reimbursement

  • Fill in the reimbursement form with the supporting documents.

Presentation

  • Ready to present on the next HKART ASM
